Online Application for the REMSS Pre-IB and IB Programs opens January 7, 2025 and closes January 31, 2025

The Pre-IB Program is available in Grade 9 and 10 and is excellent preparation for the IB Diploma Programme that begins in Grade 11.

Grade 9 Pre-IB Criteria:

1. 1. Resident of REMSS Catchment Area—additional proof of residence may be required for Pre-IB and IB programs at REMSS. To be part of the Pre-IB program, students must be in the REMSS catchment.
   2. Completion of online application (open from January 7, 2025 – January 31, 2025)
   3. Teacher Recommendation – Name and email of the homeroom teacher to be entered into online application form. You DO NOT need a reference letter from your teacher. Please do not ask them for one as we will not accept it.
   4. Term 1 Report Card – for students who attend Yorkson Creek or Peter Ewart, a copy of these report cards is not required. For those attending out of catchment schools, please email your report card to remssib@sd35.bc.ca

The REMSS Pre-IB 9 program is competitive and we aim to do our final selection by the end of April. You will receive notification of final placement decisions through email. Please do not email us asking about placements unless you have not heard by May 15, 2025.
