    PLC Day – Sept 20, 2023

    Hello Eagle Families,

    As a reminder, this Wednesday will be our first PLC Day of the year. PLC stands for Professional Learning Communities; this time is designed to allow teachers the opportunity to develop improved instructional practices to meet the needs of all learners. PLC time is also an opportunity for students to get additional support or explore curriculum further. Literacy and Numeracy learning hubs will be set up in classrooms so that students can receive support in their chosen subject area.

    PLC time runs from 2:10pm until 3:05pm. All after school clubs and courses will meet as usual at the end of the school day.

    An important note, all Grade 9 students will be in an assembly during this week’s PLC time and will be dismissed at the end of the regular school day.
